We hope that you’re located in Finland, but other than that, we don’t mind which city you work from. Many Andersians are still working mostly remote, while some have returned to the office – most of us are utilizing hybrid practices. We organize plenty of activities together, both physically and online, and the team spirit is buzzing strong.
SO, WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Your future work community consists of an amazing team of 40 people, including software developers, software and solution architects, DevOps experts, project managers, and business professionals. We are a warm-hearted, development-hungry, diverse work community. We love boldness and a sense of humor and we are proud of our strong team spirit!
As a DevOps expert, you utilize your expertise in building and maintaining the software development environment. Your core mission is to facilitate and ease the work of software developers by utilizing various tools and methods related to DevOps, as well as providing guidance to others on how to use them.
Some of the tools used at Anders and in our customer projects include Ansible, Docker, Linux, Jenkins, Git, Kubernetes, Terraform, RHEL and OpenShift.
As mentioned earlier, in addition to your skilled project team, you will also be a part of Anders’ internal DevOps team. We have been strengthening our DevOps capabilities for years and have made tremendous progress in both our own practices and our tools. We have built our own CI / CD platform, we participate in an international EU project and offer our customers high-quality software development with the support of our DevOps operating models.
The DevOps team is led by Paul, who has a big heart, a good sense of humor, and most of all, a will to help you succeed. Your future team member, Joonas, also sends you his regards via this blogpost. Go check out what Anders’ DevOps team has to offer you!
